Transaction Management Shopify

Before Starting

This page will provide a guide on how to test in your Shopify admin panel.

You can configure your preferences within your Shopify admin panel, with options varying based on your Shopify plan. It's crucial to note that the settings chosen by you in the Shopify admin panel apply to all payment methods within your shop.

Our Riverty payment app for Shopify is designed to support all options offered by Shopify. For further details, you can refer to the Shopify documentation to explore all available options and their functionalities.

Filter for Payment status

  1. Login to your Shopify account

  2. Click Orders

  3. Click the Filter Icon

  4. Choose the payment status type (e.g. paid, partially paid, refunded, etc.) that you want to filter by

Access Transaction Management Panel

  1. Close the filter tab to see the full list of transactions

  2. Choose the order you would like to review

Manage Riverty Transactions

Order Status

  1. Here you can see the Order Status History

  2. The current Order Status is displayed here

How to capture an Order

  1. Review the Order History

  2. Review the current Order Status

  3. Click on fulfill items

  1. Select the quantity per product to fulfil/capture (it can be either full or partial fulfilment)

  2. Click on fulfil items

How to refund an Order

You have multiple methods available for processing refunds within Shopify.

Note. Our Riverty payment app supports all types of refunds offered by Shopify. This includes full refunds or multiple partial refunds.

  1. Click on Refund

  1. Select the quantity per product to refund (it can be either full or partial refund)

  2. Click on Refund
