Integrating our collection API into your workflow involves several key steps to ensure a smooth setup. Here’s a guide to help you navigate the process, broken down into easy-to-follow phases:
Integration Steps
Set the stage for a successful integration by understanding goals, requirements, and aligning expectations.

Define Objectives:
Clarify your business goals and how Riverty can assist.
Understand our Specifications:

We collaborate to understand your business model and identify the technical, functional, and implementation requirements.
After the initial discussions, Riverty will proceed with the next steps to formalize the partnership. These steps ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met and that there is a clear understanding of the terms of service.
[ ] KYC (Know Your Customer):
This process involves verifying the identity of clients to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. It includes gathering relevant information and documentation.
[ ] Signed Contract:
The agreement is finalized by signing a contract that outlines the terms and conditions of the services. This contract ensures mutual understanding and commitment between Riverty and the client.
Please Note: After completing the signed contractual agreement, Riverty will send the client credentials needed to access the collection API.
Ensure everything is in order for a smooth technical integration. Before starting, verify that all essential data is ready and accessible. This preparation will streamline the process and ensure you're fully equipped for this stage. For your convenience, we have provided a list of the required information below.
Required Information:
Once we have confirmed the availability of all required information highlighted above we will then proceed with the following:
Client Set Up:
Riverty will configure the collection backend for the client, ensuring it aligns with the contractual agreements and the specified product requirements.
End-to-End Test with the Client:
We will conduct comprehensive tests in collaboration with the client to ensure seamless integration and full functionality.
Testing of Internal Collection Workflows:
Our team will ensure necessary data availability for compliant debt collection and validate the system's ability to perform essential functions (like a claim presentation and first dunning letter).
We know sometimes things can go wrong, which is why we prioritize a seamless transition to live operations and promptly address any issues that may occur.
After the successful completion of all acceptance tests and the first handover to production/live transactions, the hypercare phase begins. During hypercare, Riverty will closely monitor the API and promptly resolve any issues that are identified.
Please Note: No new requests are accepted during this phase. However, clients may reach out to the Key Account Manager for any inquiries regarding the process, claims, invoices, technical issues, and more.
