This page lists the standard webhook events you can subscribe to. Additionally, we offer other webhook events that provide updates on key invoice status changes upon request.
Before activation, these additional webhook events require a review to ensure compliance with data protection standards and alignment with your use case. Event Name | Description |

DisputeNotificationEvent | Triggered when a new dispute is created. |
RequestForInformationEvent | Request for additional information from either the merchant or the consumer. |
InitialDecisionEvent | Notification of the initial outcome of a dispute. |
FinalDecisionEvent | Notification of the final resolution of a dispute. |
CancellationEvent | Triggered when a consumer cancels the dispute before the final decision is reached. |
